Luciana Pedrosa Salles

Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from UFMG (Federal University of Minas Gerais), Brazil. She received her Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from CEFET-MG (Federal Center of Technological Education of Minas Gerais), Brazil; Master degree at Electrical Engineering from UFPE (Federal University of Pernambuco), Brazil and Telecommunication Specialist from UFMG. Since 2010 she has been with the UFMG as Professor at the Electrical Engineering Department (DEE). For 4 years she has been working in actions of scientific and technological dissemination in primary and secondary schools. She has experience in Electrical Engineering, acting on the following subjects: Electrical Systems (low and medium voltages), Infrastructure for Telecommunications Systems, Optical Communication, LiFi, Optical Engineering, Adaptive Optics, Optical and Ophthalmic instrumentations, Microeletronics and Microsupercapacitors.
