Hugo Daniel Hernandez Herrera


Hugo Hernández received a Bachelor's degree in in Electronic Engineering from The Industrial University of Santander (2005), a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (2008) and a Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering (2015) both from Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo - EPUSP (Brazil).

He was Mixed Signal IC designer at LSITEC and DFCHIP where worked for 8 years. Between 2015 and 2016, he worked at EPUSP in collaboration with ALICE-CERN as Postdoctoral Researcher of the SAMPA ASIC project.

Currently, he is Adjunct Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and permanent member of the Graduate Programs on Electrical Engineering (PPGEE), at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG).

His research interests include Microelectronics, Mixed Signal and RF Integrated Circuits, CADs for Microelectronics, Electronic Systems .
